How to be Saved

First we ask a questions of you; if you are seeking an answers about How to be Saved. That question is this; "Do you believe in Jesus Christ; that He came as a baby, to the virgin Mary, lived and died on the cross; that we might have life?"

If the answer is yes from you;  then our explanation is quite simply.  God Has a Plan for You.

Acts 16: v 29,30, 31, Paul gave instructions to the prison keeper who was afraid when the prison doors were opened and the following message he received, when he inquired:

"Then he called for a light, and sprang in, and came trembling and fell down before Paul and Silas, and brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved?  And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house."

This is Salvation Made Simple.....

This tells us it is not that hard to see being cleansed from our iniquity.  In another scripture it tells us that without "f a i t h" it is impossible to please Him.  Why?  If we do not have faith in the word, what the word tells and do not have faith that He has risen from the dead; then we cannot receive this salvation.  We must have F a i t h.

John 3:16: "For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

Ephesians 2: 8, 9:  "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves:  it is the gift of God; not of works, lest any man should boast."

If we believe, have faith, ask for forgiveness for our sins, He is a just and living God who will forgive us and come to live in our heart and soul.

When we become saved; our salvation does not end there.  It takes us leaving the old things behind and starting a new.  If we have had a life of evil doing or actions that are not becoming to a Christian; we must forsake those things and change those ways to those that are order by the Lord.  This will be an easy task for someone who has really decided to follow the words of the Lord.  This better explains:

Philippians 3: 13 -"Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended; but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before."

Chapter 4: 8 -"Finally brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things."

Romans 10:9 - "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."
In seeking salvation, it is good to remember that we are all sinners, saved by grace.  We all have to go through the same channels and we must repent and confess our sins in lack manner. Then we must live a life to prove it and if we are serious; we will.  He will not enter into a heart that is not serious or sorry, and He knoweth the very abundance of our heart.

It is then up to us to seek the Lord's will in our life and trust His Divine knowing for what is right for us.
